01    Day 1
Hotel -drive to Rongai Gate 2350m – simba camp 2700m
Simba – kikelelwa camp 3600m stop at second cave 3400m for lunch .
Kikelelwa – Mawenzi turn hut 4310m after lunch acclimation to mawenzi then back to camp for Team presentation and canson demonstration.
Mawenzi turn hut – kibo hut 4720m,Ready for midnight summit to Uhuru peak 5895m then back to kibo after Branch
Kibo – Horombo 3920m after done the Night summit.
Horombo way down stop at Mandara for lunch then way to Marangu Gate 1700m .Done way Back to Hotel or moshi .
